Ian joined TBR in March 2003 and since then has run Building Services recruitment for the Midlands, South Wales and the South West of England as well as Architectural, Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, Environmental & Traffic/ Transportation recruitment nationally. Previously Ian spent 3 years in general engineering recruitment and prior to that 4 years working in the dive industry in Egypt including operational management of a major multi-national diving centre. He holds a 2i in Geography from the University of Durham.
