First class multi-disciplinary consultancy currently seeks to recruit a Traffic & Transportation Engineer to join their busy Doncaster office. With a total of seven UK offices, our client offers a various services such as civil, structural, environmental, geotechnical and traffic & transportation engineering to a wide range of industry sectors. Degree qualified in a relevant discipline such as Civil Engineering, the ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of two years post-graduate experience. This experience should include the preparation and checking of Transport Assessments and Travel Plans on a wide variety of schemes for private developers. Our client is looking for an engineer with experience in the use of TRICS, ARCADY, PICADY and LINSIG as well as other industry software including AutoCAD, AutoSIGN and Keylines. The successful applicant will be involved in the management of projects, assist in the development of the Traffic & Transportation team and liaise with client and local authorities. A positive and proactive attitude along with excellent communication skills is essential. This position holds excellent opportunities for rapid career progression along with an excellent remuneration package.
