National architectural practice with five regional offices employing close to 100 members of staff and a turnover exceeding £Â£4M. Founded in the early twenties, our client now offers services in Architecture, Conservation Architecture, Interior Design, Urban Design, Space Planning, Building Surveying and more. Our client’s current portfolio consists of multimillion pound healthcare and leisure projects and large scale educational developments. There is now a vacancy for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join the company on a permanent basis and work on several recently secured major projects. The ideal candidate to fill this position will be qualified to HNC level or higher in a relevant subject and must be a highly proficient user of CAD, ideally ArchiCAD although this is not essential. Applicants must have a thorough understanding of new build, refurbishment and design build. Based in the Leicestershire office, the successful Technologist will act as technical advisor to the design led office, producing and coordinating detailed working drawing information/ specifications to the latest standards and regulations.
