Our client is a largely successful consultancy providing design, managerial and engineering services to a wide range of clients from both the public & private sectors. They currently have a vacancy for a Senior Traffic Engineer based in North London. The role will involve working as part of a design team on a various traffic management designs including local safety schemes, parking projects & pedestrian schemes. You will take responsibility for the scheme from start to finish and be involved in dealing with local councils, public & politicians and so excellent project management skills are vital. You should be degree qualified (preferably Civil Engineering or transportation orientated) with some experience in the traffic & transportation field and have practical experience of UK design standards.
