Job Description
Our client is a leading professional services consultancy with offices in the UK, New Zealand, Australia & Canada. They employ over 2000 people and are steadily continuing to grow.
They are currently seeking Traffic & Transportation Engineers of all levels to join their Transportation Group in London, the main role of this team will be to develop traffic & transportation projects. Staff will provide support to clients requiring planning & traffic assessments for improvement schemes and the role will involve Transport Planning, Traffic Engineering, preparing reports, assisting with the project & financial management and preparing & producing tenders.
Candidates must be educated to degree level, in a subject relevant to the role i.e. Highways, Transportation or Civil Engineering and dependant upon the level of role, applicants are required to have some experience of Traffic & Transportation Engineering ideally with an understanding of Traffic Modelling and Transport Planning. You should also have strong analytical & Communication skills as you will be expected to liaise with other 3rd parties & clients, a valid driving licence would be beneficial as although based in London, some travelling to other offices may be required.
