Our client is a Chartered Quantity Surveying consultancy with offices based in the South of England. A vacancy has become available to join a successfully developing team as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in a role with huge scope for career development. The ideal candidate will have previous experience gained in a contracting role and be either Chartered or close to Chartered QS status. You should also have a strong track record in delivering projects from a client facing role, have experience of providing cost management advice, robust financial reporting and have the ability to work as both part of a team & alone. Responsibilities within this role include cost planning for all design stages, carrying out valuations and managing change control and finances. You will also liaise with management to ensure budgets are met, assist with the business development, developing and maintaining excellent relationships with new & existing clients and take part in meetings & presentations when necessary. YOU MUST HAVE NEC CONTRACT EXPERIENCE. Our client offers APC training scheme to assist ambitious staff with their career development and they offer generous salaries & benefit packages.
