Job Description
Our client is a global multidisciplinary consultancy employing over 6500 professionals in more than 45 offices across the world. Their services include Buildings, Civil, Transportation, Infrastructure, Environmental, Water and many other disciplines, which they provide to a range of client sectors including Education, Leisure, Transport and Retail. They currently seek a Senior Traffic Engineer to join their London office to manage small project teams, project finances & working capital and to contribute to the management & progression of the Traffic Engineering division. Applicants are required to hold a relevant degree and have a strong understanding of traffic engineering principles. You must have the ability to produce practical solutions to problems & to use outputs from modelling to produce accurate results for assessing traffic conditions. The successful candidate will be required to conduct investigations, analysis & consulting work ensuring that they meet to set timescales in order to allow preparation for various reports. You will also take responsibility for the management of multiple projects including cost estimates & proposal submissions, project scheduling & technical documentation and you will be responsible for meeting set deadlines & budgets.
