Job Description
Specialist transportation planning and traffic engineering consultancy currently seeks to recruit a Transport Planner/ Traffic Engineer for their office in Edinburgh. Working on projects for both public & private sector clients the successful candidate will assist the Regional Manager in developing the company in Scotland within various project areas.
Applicants are required to hold a degree relating to Traffic or Transportation Engineering, ideally with membership to IHT or another relevant institution. They must also have a range of traffic engineering & transport planning skills and be experienced in sustainable transport works i.e. public transport/ travel planning. Excellent communication skills are a must have as regular interaction with clients & 3rd parties will be part of the role.
