Job Description
Our client, a hugely successful multidisciplinary consultancy working across the UK & world covering a wide range of project sectors seeks a Traffic & Transportation Regional Director for their Central Manchester office. The role will involve managing a large team of staff at various stages of their career assisting & training them when required, directing various sized projects, managing and allocating resources and developing a strategic business plan for the traffic & transportation area of the company. You will be responsible for the managing and resourcing of Frameworks & Partnerships with public sector & local authority clients in the North West and you will assist with the preparation of bid for major frameworks within the public sector.
Candidates must have extensive experience of working within the Traffic & Transport sector some of which will ideally have been gained by working with a Local Authority or Local Government. You should hold a related degree and membership to a relevant practical institution ideally working towards Chartership status.
