Job Description
A major national multidisciplinary consultancy currently has a requirement for a Senior or Principal Architect at their West Midlands base in Warwickshire to play the role of Lead Architect. Our client covers a wide range of market sectors undertaking projects in manufacturing and R&D, nuclear, transport and the public sector. They are seeking an Architect with a proven track record and experience in the design and delivery of R&D Laboratories and Pharma-chem production facilities. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in architecture with a significant level of postgraduate experience and a good portfolio of design work with a range of projects, including R&D and Pharma-chem. Applicants must be CAD literate with knowledge of contract administration and design management. Excellent communication and problem solving skills are essential. The successful Architect will work with blue chip clients and major public sector institutions on a range of major projects in the public and private sectors.
