BMS Project Engineer - NW London
£34/38k car allowance, pension, BUPA
Job Description
Our clients are substantial Building Services contractors with a dedicated Controls Division. They are looking to recruit and up and coming BMS Projects Engineer to take on the following duties.
Attend technical handover meeting to discuss the contract technical and programme requirements.
If contract permits, attend CP Manufacturer and witness test/pre-commission control panel prior to delivery to site.
Pre-Commissioning of systems inline with programme issued.
Regular liaison, both written and verbal, with Project Engineer to inform him of any variations (site instructions), any deviations to the contract programme or any other significant issues that may effect the successful completion of the contract inline with programme and budget.
Completion of site reports Service/Maintenance visits to contracted sites.
Completion of Service Reports at the end of each visit and, issue to office on weekly basis.
Continual Client liaison to provide smooth running of the site works whilst retaining the departments best commercial stance i.e. variations etc.Continual adherence/monitoring of Health & Safety documentation i.e. Risk Assessments etc, and any other company procedures issued via Management.
