A well established multi-discipline professional engineering consultancy currently seeks to recruit a Chartered or near Chartered Civil/ Structural Engineer due to the expansion of their Norwich office. With 7 offices located across the UK, our client is able to provide consultancy services such as Building Services and Surveying across a number of broad sectors including Education, Healthcare, Industrial, Commerce, Residential, Retail, Leisure and Infrastructure developments. Projects range from £100k through to £50M in value. The ideal candidate to fill this vacancy will be a degree qualified Chartered Engineer (MICE/MIStructE) with a proven track record in the delivery of quality designs for new building developments. Applicants must be team players with a good level of relevant experience preferably gained working with another UK based consultancy or local authority. Additional requirements include excellent communication skills, the ability to design in all major structural materials and the ability to manage a team of CAD Technicians. The successful applicant will work on a variety of Civil & Structural projects such as the planning & design of drainage and highway works associated with building developments and exciting building structures including multi-storey residential developments, educational schemes and more.
