Job Description
Our client, a respected multi-disciplinary consultancy with four UK offices, currently seeks to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Associate to play a key role in their friendly and professional Kent based team. Our client provides a broad range of professional services to the UK building and construction industry including Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering and Project Management. They are looking to recruit an accomplished Qualified Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience at Senior Surveyor or Associate level. Our client is looking for a highly capable individual with exceptional ability, drive and ambition to quickly progress to running their own team. Reporting to the Group Leader, the successful applicant will be responsible for the delivery of QS services to the Regeneration Team and the practice in general, as well as the development of estimating & cost planning services and the management of development projects from inception to completion. Excellent team leadership, communication, business development and client facing skills are essential to this role.
