Established Trend Technology Centre has an immediate need for an accomplished Building Management Systems (BMS) Controls Engineer. Applicants should have a solid BMS background working with knowledge of Johnson Controls Metasys/Trend systems. Duties will include: Ensuring the service of BMS control equipment, including field devices such as sensors, actuators, etc. are undertaken as contracted and to the satisfaction of our client. Continually seek BMS enhancements and energy savings measures that will be of benefit to the systems operation. Effectively communicate with our clients to maintain and develop professional working relationships. Organise work and time efficiently, ensuring duties are undertaken cost effectively to maximise the performance of the Service Department. Our client`s business area is London and the Home Counties, so travelling is normally restricted to just this area. In addition to an attractive basic, commensurate with experience there also is a profit related bonus (which usually provides an additional #3K or #4K at the end of the financial year), together with a free choice of company car (with a lease value of #350.00 to #400.00 a month), pension, medical insurance, sick pay and up to 32 days a year paid holiday (in addition to Bank Holidays).
