Job Description
Our clients are a rapidly expanding Design and Build business with a turnover over #8 million. With a healthy order book well into 2010 they are currently looking to employ an intermediate Mechanical Estimator who has some relevant design expertise. The ideal candidate will have a good level of experience in Building Services estimating and will be able to work in a small team environment.
Duties will include the development of tenders from initial enquiry through to submission/presentation and post tender negotiations for project of around #1M. Knowledge of relevant computer software such as Estimation is desirable. This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive employer with a package commensurate to experience.
