Job Description
Established Independent #6M+ plus turnover HVAC Building Services Contractor with projects across the UK seeks to appoint an HVAC Contracts Engineer. Reporting to the Mechanical Contracts Director, duties will include: negotiations & procurement of all large plant items; liaising with the drawing office for the production of working drawings; placing orders with subcontractors; management of all mechanical subcontract works on site; attending client design meetings; all day-to-day management of mechanical works on projects; raising monthly applications for payment & raising invoices against payment certificates. Applicants will be ideally qualified to HNC level in Building Services and must be able to demonstrate experience of successful project delivery in a similar position on contracts of at least £500k in value.
