Medium sized Building Services Design & Build contractors specialising in both commercial and residential developments. With a turnover in excess of #20M, our clients are looking to recruit an Intermediate Mechanical Project Engineer to be partly site based assisting an experienced Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be HNC qualified, relevant experience and a understanding of HVAC issues.It is expected that applicants will have experience of working for a M&E contractor. Main duties will include overseeing operatives, coordination, client liaison, site meetings and progress reports. Communication, organisation & the desire to be successful are paramount.
