Job Description
The successful candidate will have a training needs analysis (TNA) qualification along with training design experience. We welcome candidates from any industry / background.
Key Objectives of the Job:
* Conduct all training design activities in accordance with RNSAT (BR8420).
* Administer Flagship-related training documentation in association with Flagship procedures.
* Design and review courses as required.
* Pilot and monitor new and reviewed courses as required.
* Maintain a library of the documentation in both hard and soft copy utilising current IT systems.
* Liaise with the Customer and other contractors over the production of training documentation.
* Liaise with the Customer and other contractors over the development of assessments.
