Working alongside the Sales team and Installations team you will understand client requirements and designing solutions. You will be supporting the Technical elements of customer presentations, quotations and tender documentation.
Working at a senior level, you will have a consultative service approach and a good understanding of how Microsoft and Cisco technologies can solve client problems and generate value to our clients. The role will involve responsibility for providing, developing and maintaining a professional pre sales service to prospective customers and the sales team. This is a customer facing role and therefore first class interpersonal and communication skills are vital.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a similar industry and of implementing, configuring and providing technical knowledge transfer to customers on relevant information, and demonstrable experience of designing solutions.
* You are already in a role that sees you client facing and working alongside Sales teams in order to deliver against customer requirements. With tenacity and self-resilience, you are a service driven individual using your technical knowledge to secure and drive through business opportunities.
* Ideally have the following qualifications; MCSE, CCNA PRINCE2 & ITIL
* Knowledge of Network Design & Architecture
* Must have proven commercial acumen, along with strong listening and inter-personal skills.
* Proficient at capturing requirements and conveying them to relevant parties via clear and detailed project documentation.
* The ability to work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure that internal and external customers consistently receive the highest levels of service.
* Demonstrable track record in the development and delivery of differentiated custom solutions
* The ability to produce advanced technical concepts and will be highly competent at presenting to key decision makers.
* You will assist sales and internal staff to maximise solutions and revenue opportunities through support, training, on site demonstrations, and customer proposals.
* Confidence and credibility with consulting at director level in large enterprise clients is essential for this role
