Job Description
The role will require the succesful candidate to over see and manage the day to day mechanical and electrical installation.
Specifically, your duties will include:
1. liaise and coordinate subcontractors and main contractor at all levels
2. take an active role in decision making in all aspects of the mechanical and electrical installation
3. gather installation information as required from designers, architects, builder and suppliers
4. ensure that the quality of work satisfies good practice
5. attend and contribute to site meeting
6. attend to all matters arising in a timely manner
7. prepare installation programs
8. prepare Risk assessments and method statements
9. prepare weekly reports on site progress and labour levels
10.prepare advance procurement schedule
11.assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements
12. report directly to Project Director
